On 23rd August 2024, the Department of Civil Engineering at the University of Engineering and Technology (UET), Lahore, had the privilege of hosting a delegate from Kenya. The visit aimed to explore the department’s facilities and assess its overall performance, fostering an environment of mutual learning and understanding.
During the visit, the Kenyan delegate toured various laboratories and classrooms within the Department of Civil Engineering, gaining insight into the academic and research activities being conducted. The discussions also focused on exploring avenues for future collaboration between UET Lahore and academic and industrial partners in Kenya. The visit underscored the department’s commitment to fostering international partnerships and enhancing the global academic network.
